Policy on Discriminatory Harassment, Sexual Harassment, and Other Sex-Based Misconduct

The University prohibits various forms of conduct including Discriminatory Harassment, Sexual Harassment, and Other Sex-Based Misconduct done in the context of an educational program or activity or that otherwise affects the University’s work or educational environment. Non-Retaliation Policy

The University prohibits community members from retaliating against anyone who engages in good faith conduct such as reporting misconduct, participating in a University investigation, or engaging in other forms of protected activity. Consensual Relationships Policy

Due to the potential for abuse, and the appearance of abuse, certain romantic and sexual relationships involving individuals with inherent power imbalances are prohibited. View the consensual relationships policy to learn which types of relationships are prohibited and how to request an exception.
