Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led organizations created through shared interests, experiences, and aspirations. An initiative of Notre Dame Human Resources, participation in an ERG allows employees to connect with colleagues across campus, grow professionally, strengthen personal well-being, and build a beloved community.
