Retaliation

Any effort by a faculty member, staff member, or student to penalize, intimidate, or retaliate against any person who has made a complaint or report of Sexual or Discriminatory Harassment or other conduct alleged to be inconsistent with the University’s culture of respect, or who has participated in the investigation of such a complaint or report, will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or dismissal.
